and gymnastic coach. i also love to create, knit, read,
gather,
celebrate life, pray and spend time with Jesus.
i find much joy when sharing these loves of mine.
I have four beautiful children and one amazing husband.
i Begin each day with a thanks to the almighty and a sun salutation. i try my best to show up, be Present and stay in the moment. by the end of each day you will find me Curled up on the couch with needles and fiber in hand.
